Be gently guided through a transformative sound bath experience designed to calm overactive thoughts and evoke peaceful imagery. Mental health sound baths work to increase your sense of safety through binaural auditory stimulation allowing for processing of complex emotions with balanced input from the emotional and rational sides of our brain working in harmony.
This experience is for everyone who feels they have too much going on and need a moment to explore real healing strategies and deep rest and relaxation. And if you need a weekly haven, rest assured each week will be a different and new experience.
Have fun while learning music with easy to learn games and activities using one of the oldest and most universally played instruments, the drum! Connect with your community in a unique way with beginner friendly techniques and activities designed to help all skill levels create beautiful music together. Bring your own drums and percussion or play with ours as we experience new and fun ways to communicate with each other.
This is a choir for the community and by the community! All ages and abilities are invited to come sing with us, no previous singing experience required. All rehearsals will consist of vocal warm-ups, work on repetoire (chosen songs), and extra time for trouble-shooting. This choir will be performing in various community spaces with some performances open to the public and other performances in senior homes, hospitals, and other public, yet private, areas. We will sing all genres and even want to sing whatever YOUR favorite song is, just let us know!Come sing with us!
