Community Music Therapy and Individual music therapy sessions
Music is complex and processed in many different areas of the brain which allows music to help easily access memories and emotional states in a way that feels safe and approachable. Music therapy interventions can involve active participation or be receptive requiring minimal effort. Clients can experience music therapy in a group or individual setting either as stand alone treatment or with other forms of therapy.
Personalized and community sound baths
Enjoy a private sound bath with close friends and family, tailored to your specific needs and environment. Or boost your social bonds in a community sound bath.
A Sound Bath is a restful meditative experience where an experienced practitioner uses specific instruments, tones, and frequencies to induce a deeply relaxed, altered state for participants. This practice is based on the power of specific sounds and vibrations that naturally trigger states of rest.
